IT Business Solutions Advanced Specialist
Support manufacturing digitalization initiatives by ensuring MES and shopfloor systems enable accurate reporting, quality validation, traceability, and analytics.
This role bridges Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT to ensure system stability while enabling data-driven and AI-supported improvements.
What you’ll do:
MES Operations Support
Provide daily operational support for MES systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Maintain system performance and data integrity
Digital & Analytics Enablement
Develop and validate SQL queries and reports
Support BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Ensure KPIs reflect real manufacturing performance
Support cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Fabric)
AI & Automation Support
Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve troubleshooting and documentation
Maintain AI-supported knowledge base (SOPs, known issues, playbooks)
Support AI-based monitoring (e.g., anomaly detection in KPIs)
Help validate AI-generated alerts using operational data
Build simple automation tools or bots when needed
System Integration
Support MES integrations (MES ↔ ERP ↔ WMS ↔ PLC)
Assist with API and JSON data integrations
Participate in architecture and impact discussions
Testing & Deployment
Support test case design and UAT
Assist during deployments and go-live
Validate system behavior under real production conditions
What is required:
Information systems, computer science degree or equivalent.
3 year or more in traceability support on manufacturing environment.
Strong MES and manufacturing process knowledge
Advanced SQL
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Fabric preferred)
Basic Python knowledge (preferred)
Understanding of APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, automation platforms)

Compensation range for this position is between $86,000 and $112,000 annually.
