Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the Technical Support & Plant Manager with activities in the facility operations. Duties include ordering supplies for departments, weekly newsletter, visitor coordination, crib/spare parts ordering, mail, POAI report review, attendance administration, payment and tracking of invoices, entering blanket PO’s, month end KPI and SQDCM recording and other activities to support the Plant Manager, finance and technical support.
What you’ll do:
Provide direct administrative support to the Technical Support Manager and Plant Manager in daily facility operations
Order and manage departmental supplies, including crib and spare parts
Coordinate plant visitors, including scheduling, communication, documentation, meals, and logistics
Prepare and distribute the weekly plant newsletter
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and related administrative tasks
Review and support POAI reporting and follow up activities
Administer attendance tracking in accordance with company policies
Process, track, and support payment of invoices and financial documentation
Enter and maintain blanket purchase orders in COUPA
Prepare and record month end KPIs and SQDCM data
Provide ongoing administrative support to plant leadership, finance, and technical support functions
What is required:
High school required, post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration
3 years of experience or more in an administrative/support role,
English language proficiency is required,
Experience with COUPA (entering PR’s),
High level of proficiency in word/excel/powerpoint,
Organized,
Attention to detail,
Goal oriented,
Teamwork,
Communication

Compensation range for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000 annually.
